Loyalty Marketing

The Affinity Member CardTM program is a card-based member benefits program that provides your members access to discounts at leading merchants nationwide, reinforcing your organization's membership value. This program allows membership organizations to build greater loyalty among their members thus allowing the organization to accomplish their membership and organizational goals.

With each use of the Affinity Member Card, members are reminded of the organization. And, next to the organization's name on the Member Card, is the member's renewal date. This is important because the only way members keep their benefits is by renewing, year after year, improving member retention. To keep members renewing year after year, we continually add new benefits so the value of membership keeps growing.
 
The key is in offering benefits that have virtually universal appeal. The Affinity Member Card features the most popular privilege of all: exclusive savings! All your members need to do is present the Affinity Member Card to receive discounts at the participating merchants you have selected, including retail, dining, hotels and resorts, sports and leisure, services and more.


  • The Affinity Member Card's national network includes 75,000 merchants of which 36,000 merchants participate in the "show your card and save" program where no coupons are necessary. The discounts include: Retail-20% discount (over 7,500 offers); Dining-20% discount (over 13,000 offers); Hotels and Resorts-50% discount (over 6,000 offers); Services-20% discount (over 7,000 offers); and Sports & Leisure-20% discount (over 1,500 offers).

  • AMG provides everything required to implement and manage a turnkey Affinity Member Card program including loyalty marketing expertise, comprehensive account management, production and fulfillment of all materials, and development and management of the benefit provider network.


The benefits of the Affinity Member Card program include:

  • Improved member relations by adding value to their membership;

  • Improved member acquisition (recruiting) and member retention by increasing the value of membership, which includes the Affinity Member Card;

  • Improved member communications which includes consistent and regular communications to the members via the Member Card directory, customized newsletter and website;

  • Improved revenue generation for the organization through additional revenues generated from the promotion of other member benefits in which the organization receives a bounty (credit card, insurance, etc.) and through fund raising efforts;

  • Improved database management since each member will be assigned a member number and the organization can track all member benefits and member activity.


The Affinity Member Card program includes the following services:
  • Access to the national merchant network

  • Custom membership card with member name and member number

  • Printing and inventory of the directories

  • Fulfillment of the membership cards, directories and welcome kits

  • Newsletter mailings that include coupons which are targeted to the zip codes of the members

  • Profiling and merchant matching based on your demographics (customize the merchants based on your membership demographics)

  • A customized website (link from your website) that is developed and hosted by us

  • A customer service 800 number to answer any questions including helping members find participating merchants

  • Other optional services include: (a) managing the direct mail campaign that includes the invoice and (b) managing the collections of a membership card fee.
